Career changers in the neutral zone

When the career changer pushes forward without touching success, it is natural to experience anxiety. The inner critic may speak up, quashing motivation to move forward. In spite of continued somber feelings, the career changer should resolve to follow one’s vision, and achieve the next milestone.
Accompanying anxiety, the career changer may experience the weak parts of one’s working life. We all have relative strengths and weaknesses in the way that we work. While the career changer is in the neutral zone, the he or she feels weaknesses acutely. Don’t identify with the weaknesses, simply follow the business plan. With weaknesses and strengths, one can still follow a well-prepared plan.

Have you experienced anxiety after you have worked on your career change? Tell me your story.
